Hotel is well looked after. Small pool on the second floor but good enough to hand around. Good view of the city from the high floors. Good service and breakfast buffet.

As a former major airline employee who trained employees in customer service, I am very sensitive about how service businesses treat their guests. The Clarion in Chennai goes far above and beyond. I was truly impressed. The service in both the cafe was attentive and polite. Mostly the food was great. What I didn't care for was simply a matter of personal taste. The formal restaurant was exquisite and more than attentive. The wait staff was helpful and articulate. Our waiter had complete command of English as did most of the staff. Everyone was kind and polite. If the Clarion Chennai is available during my next trip, I will definitely return.

Clarion hotel one of my favourite hotel in Chennai which is just 1km from marina beach, so you can walk around in the morning or evening. Food quality is really very good. You may not get that anywhere in Chennai. Room very neat and spacious.

Amazing Hotel. What to say, nice atmosphere, nice beaches, the property is nearby to the sea, nearby shopping malls, friendly staff, amazing people, made good memories, I stayedat Clarion for couple of nights. I will come back to Chennai again and will definitely stay at this hotel only.

Good hotel to stay. Food is delicious and staff is cooperative. Happy to conduct meeting as we have conducted 6 to 7 meeting in a month. Near to the main city and near to the beach. This is situated near great location.

This hotel is fabulous I just stayed for more day but I wish I stay for more days. All the people working here are so helpful and cooperative. Prompt service and food is too hygiene. I am sure whenever I visit Chennai the next time I shall stay in this hotel only and I shall also suggest it to my friends too.

It was a comfortable stay with hygiene and spacious room in a prime located property. The staff were courteous enough and gave us a warm hospitality. The spread of breakfast was huge and the food was delicious too. The ambience left us stunned with artistic works. The restaurant 18˚ North, was too equally good, within this hotel. Our stay was awesome and a memorable one.Great job, Clarion president, hope to associate with you again.

Hotel is really wonderful. Located near Marina beach. Tourist Desk, Spa, Gym all best facilities are available in hotel. Rooms are also lavishing, clean and neat. Complimentary multi cuisine buffet breakfast. Food quality is also best. Really best hotel, you can also enjoy music and dance in their pub. Nice for Family and Business purpose.

Ambience of hotel is great. Buffet breakfast is good, with good variety. Morning newspapers are provided. It is very close to marina beach (you can go for a morning walk, like I did), and City Centre Mall is adjacent too. Overall, good location, nice ambience, nice food, and adequate facilities make this hotel a good choice for family as well as couple visits.

Ihave visited Chennai for BUSINESS PURPOSE and it was a pleasant stay. Rooms are big with all necessary amenities like TV, fridge, hair dryer. Pools is also very nice and clean. Breakfast is complimentary and spread is decent. Tea served in breakfast is just perfect more milk the way I like. Will surely recommend this hotel.

One of the finest hotel in Chennai situated on Dr. Radhakrishnan Road beside citi centre mall. Centrally air conditioned and nicely decorated rooms with all amenities. Delicious foods and well-behaved support staff. Just loved their hospitality.

It was a perfect check in. No problems in check in and Rooms were also so spacious and comfortable, I just can’t define. Best part is that Express Avenue, the biggest mall of Chennai is a 5-min drive from the hotel. Staff was very polite and well mannered. Food was so tasty and specially tea, as I am a tea lover. I took breakfast and was so delicious and tasty. Perfect check in, perfect room, perfect staff, perfect food, perfect check out and last but not the least, Perfect Hotel at a Perfect Location.
